DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to TravelWows.com or to products you purchase through TravelWows.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted in accordance with then-prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Some Sweet Dreams's entire liability, and the complainant's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement to thirty days. All remedies are limited to the United States.

Should you violate or threaten to violate in any manner Some Sweet Dreams's intellectual property rights, Some Sweet Dreams may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Pennsylvania and you hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contract’s text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you have the option to not participate in this offer.

Termination/Modification of License and Site Offerings
Notwithstanding any provision of these Site Terms, Some Sweet Dreams reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to block your current access and prevent your future access to any portion of the Site; to terminate your license to use the Site; and to change, or discontinue any aspect of the Site.
